Using BiteIn

BiteIn helps customers discover dishes, place orders and share food Bites. BiteIn Orders provides restaurant and delivery operations tools.

Accounts and content

Account holders are responsible for the content they choose to publish. Community reporting and blocking controls are available in the consumer app. Restaurant Owners manage their team access in BiteIn Orders.

Community rules

Do not post illegal, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, threatening, bullying, fraudulent, misleading, privacy-invasive or otherwise objectionable content. Do not impersonate others, spam, infringe another person’s rights or encourage dangerous conduct. Only upload media you have the right to share. BiteIn may review reports and remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules. Use the in-app Report and Block controls to flag content or users, or contact hello@bitein.co.uk.

Orders and payments

Order availability, prices and fulfilment details are shown in the app before checkout. Payments use Stripe. For an order issue, use the support options in the app or contact hello@bitein.co.uk.
